En la "primera entrega" un lugar del Partido de la Costa: Las Toninas.Las Toninas es un lugar muy especial, tan tranquilo como bello, un sitio ideal para pasar unas vacaciones en familia y disfrutar a pleno de la playa.
Las playas de Las Toninas poseen un ancho variable de 100 a 150 metros, sus aguas son cálidas y mansas, de poca profundidad y junto a los médanos forman un paisaje excelente.
Las Toninas posee pocas cuadras de centro pero con todo lo necesario para disfrutar del día y de la noche, además suele haber muchos artistas callejeros, muy talentosos.
Entre los principales atractivos podemos nombrar el Monumento a los caídos de Malvinas y el laberinto hecho de ramas de álamos. También desde la costa puede verse al barco hundido "Her Royal Highness" (Su Alteza Real) cuando hay marea baja, esta embarcación había sido construída en Quebec, Canadá y encalló en 1883, a 13 km. del Cabo San Antonio (Norte).
En la semana del 20 de febrero se festeja el aniversario de esta localidad en la Plaza Malvinas Argentinas, entre las calles 7 y 33, donde hay actividades recreativas, grandes shows, números artísticos, desfiles de instituciones y la elección de la reina.
Algo para recomendar son las deliciosas "tortitas negras" que cocinan allí, en Las Toninas, que es la Capital Nacional de la Fibra Óptica, por contar con una planta importante dedicada a la producción de este material.
